WTA500 Guest Badge Ballot 2025

Please complete the below webform in order to enter your name into this year's WTA500 Guest Badge ballot. The deadline for ballot entries is Sunday 19 January 2025 at 22.00.

The webform asks you to fill in your Full Name, Membership Number and Email Address before proceeding to choose your preferences for the days that you would like a Guest Badge. Prices are displayed next to each preference. Please ensure this information is accurate so that we can contact those Members whose names have been drawn from the ballot.

You must choose an answer for all seven preferences - the form will not let you submit your answers if you choose the same response more than once. If you do not want to specify all seven preferences, please select 'Not Required' as necessary.

It does not matter whether you enter the ballot when it first opens, or just before it closes. The draw is random so entering early on does not provide you with an advantage.

It is expected that there will be a large number of Members visiting the website at the same time. If you are unable to get through when you first visit the page, we ask that you leave some time and return later. Remember you have until Sunday 19 January 2025 at 22.00.
