The 1886 Collection

The Queen’s Club enjoys a rich and diverse sporting heritage dating back to its creation in 1886.

Named after Queen Victoria, our first patron, The Queen’s Club has hosted a wide range of sporting activities including rugby, football and athletics until their relocation in the last century to Twickenham, Wembley, White City and other venues.

Today in addition to hosting our prestigious pre-Wimbledon grass court Championship every summer, The Queen’s Club is a private members’ sports club proudly offering some of the finest Lawn Tennis, Real Tennis, Rackets and Squash courts in the world.

The Queen’s Club 1886 collection has been designed and crafted by PlayBrave Sports using premium fabrics manufactured in Portugal to reflect our rich British sporting heritage.

The Clothing Range

The Club is pleased to be stocking a new, bespoke range of QC clothing made especially for us in Portugal from premium fabrics, showcasing our 1886 heritage.

This range includes shorts, tracksuit jackets, tracksuit trousers, gilets, half-zip and full-zip sweatshirts, technical and cotton t-shirts and polo shorts for men, women and children.

Gift Ideas

Sunglasses, socks, grips, wristbands, caps, dampeners - we stock these all under one roof!

Clothing & Footwear

The Shop is particularly renowned for the staffing’s wide knowledge of tennis and can always advise on the best footwear for your needs.

We sell the latest models of tennis and squash shoes from Asics, Adidas, K-Swiss, Babolat and Wilson.

Our QC 1886 heritage range and partner clothing brand PlayBrave are proving very popular with customers looking for something a little special!

Racquets & Balls

All the latest lawn tennis rackets are stocked from brands such as Babolat, Head and Wilson.
Squash racket brands include Head, Dunlop and Tecnifibre.

Slazenger Balls are branded with The Queen’s Club crest, and we also stock, Dunlop Fort all court balls and a selection Head tennis balls.

Our Squash ball brand of choice is Dunlop.

Stringing Service

With 15 years' shop and tournament experience, James Turner has now joined The Queen’s Club offering a full racquet restringing, tuning and customisation service.

Whether it’s your old favourite being brought back to life with a new grip, grommet strip and fresh restring, or fine tuning your existing racquets to make sure they weigh, balance and swing identically, James will be happy to help.
